What does Antahsaara stand for?

‘Antahsaara’ comes from Sanskrit & is also used in pure Hindi; it signifies ‘our core or kernel ‘ or ‘inner essence’; an inner treasure which necessarily refers to something of substance, pure worthiness…

My Antahsaara philosophy

Our true inner essence is eternally unbroken, ever pure. Our body, mind, & spirit form an interconnected trinity.  Understanding that true wellbeing only arises out of the synergistic harmony of these three, & paying loving attention to each, is the beginning of starting to get in touch with what we are always meant to feel – our sense of wholeness.

More about my Reiki Work

Reiki is a Japanese modality of spiritual energy healing credited to Mikao Usui in the mid-18th century. There is also a belief of some evidence that Reiki originated in India under Buddha. Holy Fire III Reiki is an upgraded, more purified & upgraded level of this healing energy that first suddenly made itself available during a standard Reiki course in Hawaii, 2016. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful method of deep relaxation. It commonly results in a deeper sense of peace, balance, & grounding which, in turn, affects other transformational core changes in a person’s overall state of well-being.  

The beauty of Reiki is that it can be sent by a Reiki practitioner to people, events, & things across time, distance, & space. Distance Reiki is as much a part of Reiki practice as hands-on Reiki.

Reiki is a spiritual, non-judgemental, & completely secular method that helps millions across nationalities, cultures, & religious beliefs.  It is complementary to conventional medical practices, as well as to most other alternative wellness modalities. For more, feel free to read the FAQ section.

1. New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Campus conducted one of the first studies ever performed to determine the effectiveness of Reiki treatments on the autonomic nervous system…The results within the Reiki treatment group showed a lowering of these levels including heart rate, respiration, and blood pressure. These positive results led the team to recommend further, larger studies to look at the biological effects of Reiki treatment.
